Mingalar Traditional Food - Loikaw

Good to try Traditional Kayah Food in Pork, Chicken, and different kinds of fish, eel. Some foods are cook in the Bamboo Containers with some spices origin in Kayah State.

The prices are super cheap which i like the most about this place. The taste is somewhat good. The only bad thing will be the hygiene.

Only had 'hin htoke ' and Kayah sausage when I passed by. Both were fine. Toilets out the back.

Their traditional chicken Hin Htoke is nice. But Kayar sausage is too pricy.

Hin Htoke ဟင္းထုပ္ is really delicious and cheap Kayah Sausage from there is also good. If you want to buy the sausage, you should preorder before you go there because from the stock of sausages.
