Lolo Hot Springs

I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant. The staff was incredibly rude, the rooms were substandard and dirty, and the lack of customer service was unbelievable. I cannot believe they are still in business. Save your money and find somewhere else to eat, or even go camping instead. The presence of bed bugs, which have grown to the size of deer ticks, makes this place downright disgusting and scary.

The atmosphere of this restaurant was unsettling and gave me the impression that I would be overcharged for everything. I did not feel comfortable or secure during my visit.

This restaurant is in poor condition. We stayed in the tent and cabin, which had a shared bathroom that was dirty and had unreliable showers. The pool area and dressing room had locked cabinets, but they were also dirty and had only curtains for privacy. The pool was cold outside and too hot inside, and overall poorly maintained. The restaurant service was average, with the only highlight being the salad. The check-in process was chaotic, with the attendant seeming overwhelmed.

The hot springs were great if that's all you going for and the service and people are very friendly is great and room is good and breakfast that we is good too but everything else was not the TV wasn't working and there isn't much in the gift shop the restaurant is closed Monday Wednesday so if you are staying there longer you would have to bring you own food or go all the way into Lolo which is several miles back down to where you started from so I highly recommend you just stay one night or because its very expensive otherwise more then that with no food and gas prices and its not for kids to stay nothing for them to do ? I'm not going back sincerely highly disappointed ? Rooms: Nice

It's a sad day to leave the lodge at lolo hot Springs. But they are well staffed an expect. They will be great and successful for all of their guests for the foreseeable future.
