Starbucks - Loma Linda

The drinks here are always disappointing. Have tried plenty enough times and it is always a miss in store and through delivery. Order black iced espresso, shots are bitter and awful. Order a sweetened coffee with cream and it is completely bland. Idk why I always have bad luck here but I never have this problem with California and Barton and they are much busier. The staff here is nice. It is just the quality of drinks that is lacking and inconsistent.

Josh placed my order and he was the KINDEST person who has interacted w me at this Starbucks! He had a great sense of humor and I appreciated his professionalism and how he told me about the specials for the day! He's great! Give this man a raise ! I ordered a pumpkin spice latte! I had 15 minutes to spare, when I walked in, it was packed. I ordered 2 drinks, I get the 1st one 5 minutes later, then they realized I was still waiting for my other drink after they called 3 people, then they made my 2nd drink. My dragonfruit drink with sweet cream cold foam was too watery. Not going back to this specific location. No drive thru either. Service: Take out
