Uncle Julio's - Lombard/ Oakbrook

I've been to Uncle Julio's a couple of times and I can say that the food is solid Love the lunch menu as the shrimp tacos are out of this world.

I really wanted to like this well decorated and energetic chain in my family's hometown, unfortunately I left wanting more and feeling overall slightly

I haven't been back in a few years. I wanted a comfortable place to spend an evening with friends. Reminds of Via Veneto ... and it didn't disappoint! Cool, comfortable and the food was wonderful! We will come back!

After having had dinner here for a long time, we were very disappointed with almost everything. Hope it was just a deviation.

The food was very tasty. I recommend the Parmigiano veal. Our server was personable and helpful with the menu. Since it was NYE, I was nervous about the seats available, but my wife and I were in a cabin that was comfortable enough for two other guests. The prices were very reasonable, but the food didn't suffer. All around a great experience and a great, unpretentious neighborhood restaurant.
