The Blackthorn Pub - Lomita

Blackthorn's Fish and Chips has surpassed all other South Bay restaurants for me, becoming my top choice. I have dined there multiple times and even introduced a friend to their delicious two-piece meal (they also offer a one-piece option). The prices are reasonable compared to other establishments. In addition, their cole slaw is superior to most. It's no surprise, considering it's an Irish Pub!

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy drinks and food. The outdoor patio is spacious, and the bartenders are excellent.

I stopped by to grab a bite to eat at this restaurant where I have previously sang Karaoke. I have never tried the food here before, but I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious sirloin burger I ordered. The burger was so flavorful, especially with the sweet Hawaiian flavor bun. I also asked for bacon, mushrooms, and blue cheese crumbles on the side, along with a side of fries. The fries came out piping hot, and they were so good that I told Sarah, the server, that I should have added my blue cheese crumbles on top. Overall, the meal was fabulous!

Nice neighborhood bar, decent craft beer selection, friendly staff patrons, sorry i can’t frequent due to incredibly uncomfortable seating, barstools need to be properly upholstered.

Really cool local Irish pub lots of beers and alcohol to choose from a cool little place. They even have two steel tip dart boards lots of TVs to watch the games. Bartenders are really nice really cool place to go I deafly want to go back and try some of the food
