Aloo Tama Nepalese - London

I recently visited Aloo Tama for the third time and was once again impressed by the excellent food, service, and warm welcome. I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area or craving some delicious food. Make sure to come hungry!

There were no items on the tables, making us initially think that the restaurant was closing. The server was largely absent, spending a lot of time downstairs and neglecting to check on us. Despite the known wait time for fried momos, we were surprised to wait for about 40 minutes for our food, which arrived cold.

Really tasty food. We had a selection of starters and mains. All were extremely flavoursome and tasty.

Very basic cafe like premises. You can take your own alcoholic drinks for a small corkage fee. The food is really good and cheap for london. We had chilli chicken and Wings for starters. Excellent. Mutton curry with rice and chow mein for mains. Both also really good. No complaints whatsoever. Staff freindly and will happily engage with you if you so wish. Bill came to around £60.

The restaurant is a lovely spot in the midst of Victoria. The food is excellent and the vegan momos were delicious! The staff are delightful and very welcoming. It was a wonderful discovery.
