Gourmet Burger Kitchen - London

Went to this place about a year ago ordered grilled chicken burger. It came stone hard dry. Came back today to give them another chance waited for 45minutes and even the starters didn't come. It was only 5 6 tables taken and about 6 members of staff serving They were more concerned about takeaway orders...Glasses and water bottle were full of limescale, when mentioned they said it was from salt of dishwasher. Had to get attention of waiters, no one was paying attention. We were so hungry so went to complain and it was not even in process of being ready so we walked away. Some other customers complained that their burgers were burnt too... all in all Avoid at All Cost and went to 5 Guys and got served in 7minutes with delicious burgers. Never again!

The server was very disrespectful towards us simply because we wanted to switch tables before placing our order, for reasons unknown to us. The burger also did not meet our expectations in terms of quality.

I absolutely adored this restaurant. It was welcoming, friendly, professional, and efficient. The food and drinks were great. My wife, who uses a wheelchair, received exceptional help and empathy from the staff. We will definitely be returning. The only downside was that there was no toilet seat in the accessible restroom, which was quite bizarre. Hopefully, this issue will be fixed before our next visit. All of the staff were polite and respectful, with particularly friendly service from the manager, an Eastern European man.

Really good GBK. The staff are friendly and efficient. The kitchen looked really clean and organised. There’s also quite a nice vibe for a big chain fast food restaurant too. The food is the usual decent standard and it’s nice to have a vegan burger option that isn’t frozen fake meat like everywhere else seems to be doing and is actually enjoyable for a vegetarian as well.

Burgers were very good, fries were also, but we both agreed that the milkshakes were superior. I had the salted caramel and my adult niece had the Oreo. She is an ice cream and milkshake connoisseur and the title of this review is a direct quote.
