Orders breakfast through drive through. Got asked to wait in car park for my food (nothing new there) Waited 15 mins and still no food. Go in to find out my ticket had been lost and now breakfast is over so no longer can have what I ordered. this is beyond a joke and not acceptable. Will be in contact with you're HR department.
