Chick Boss Cake - London

I ordered a personalized birthday cake with very short announcement for my partner, and it was fantastic! also it was excellent. the costs are fair in view of the quality of the cake; a considerable amount of impingement is evident in these delicatessen. I would post a photo of the cake, but it was unfortunately eaten at this place. I would recommend to support this business as their customer service was exceptional besides the great quality of cakes and cupcakes also. fresh, moist and beautifully decorated. especially thanks to chad and danial for appropriate order processing and handling time. I come back to the upcoming celebrations and birthdays.

I ordered cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party and they were so beautiful and festive. Unfortunately, the dog of my brother came to the tablet and destroyed our cupcakes before we could enjoy them. my brother went to the load for replacement, and the people there were so friendly and helpful. the cupcakes were a big hit so delicious, and we loved the variety! I have also appreciated the vegan/gluten free options. I have a few family members who are vegan and it is so important that I have options for them to celebrate. I want to return to chick boss cake, and after this experience, many of my family members plan to buy from here too!

Today was the third time that I attended a event where the host had a chick boss cake, and it was 3 for 3 dry, tasteless and underwhelming. in this case it was a childbirth party and the cake was the Dino style, but with generic superhero decorations thrown into the float. while beautiful, not everything they can not literally get anywhere else, including a high-end shopping, and then it will not taste as if it were baked before some weeks. of 10 children and 4 adults, no piece of cake was eaten full, unless they count the frost. 10/10 not recommended.

UNREAL!!! First, the most amaaazing looking cakes I have seen. So fun and make a huge statement. I had one delivered as a graduation gift to my daughter at Western. It blew her mind! So fresh and delicious too. Second, the customer service I received when ordering my cake was fabulous. They even managed to squeeze in my delivery for the day I really wanted it delivered (next day). I have honestly never seen such amazing customer service. Chad was fabulous and truly knows how to make his customers happy. I will use Chick Boss Cake in London again every chance I get. I wish you had a location in Toronto!! Thank you so much Chad!

I have ordered with Chick Boss Cake atleast 5 different times now and will continue to do so for any fun treat needs. I live out west but am originally from London. All my family and friends live in London so I’ve used Chick Boss Cake for every birthday for a loved one to surprise them with a special treat delivery. Not only has the delivery been seamless every time but my family and friends continuously tell me how beautiful and delicious the products are and that it really makes their day. In an instance when I had to make a last minute adjustment to my order, chick boss cake replied to me within minutes with a solution and was incredibly accommodating. Best bakery in London hands down looks and taste wise! I am happy to be a long time and continuous customer and support of this amazing business.
