Have really enjoyed Kelsey's much more since the renovation. The patio is lovely and they have stepped up on the food from my previous experiences. I'm really enjoying their burgers, but each burger comes with 2 patties. You can order one patty for $9.99 since most burgers are $14.99 but make sure when you do you order the Burger 101 (as on the menu) and add your own ingredients. If you just ask for a single patty, they will charge you $14.99. Think that is a very sneaky and deceiving marketing ploy. Also why have Belgian Moon beer on the menu if you aren't going to serve it with an orange wedge, the way it's supposed to be. You wouldn't serve a Corona without a lime wedge! It's these little annoyances that can stop customers from coming back.On another note, last month we were visiting on an extremely humid day and my friend who had been working in the heat all day, didn't feel well and fainted, twice. I cannot stress how quickly the staff reacted in an emergency situation. They brought ice and cold towels in less than 30 seconds. I was so impressed with their health and safety training so kudos to all the staff and management for a great reaction time.

So the place has a great patio and very friendly, attentive servers. That's good. The food (talking meals here - not chicken wings) are pretty much ****. Unhealthy. Poor quality ingredients. Sloppy preparation. It's a true slap-together with no one minding the kitchen. However, if you don't expect a quality dinner and just want to drink some beer and enjoy some bar food, this place is excellent. Probably the best patio in the area.

I've had hit or miss experiences with Kelsey's in the past. This location is always good though. The food is delicious and inexpensive. It's a great local place to go for food and drinks.
