Carl's Jr. - Long Beach

It was disappointing to arrive at my favorite restaurant after midnight, expecting it to be open since it has a 24-hour drive-thru, only to find the drive-thru blocked by a large trash can. I tried to get the attention of someone inside the diner, but was informed by a worker that it was closed, despite the illuminated sign indicating a 24-hour drive-thru. This experience was definitely disappointing.

I hardly ever have any problems with this particular Carls Jr. location. The only issue I may encounter is occasionally missing an item, but overall I have had a good experience.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The buns were hard and the fries were cold when I went through the drive-thru at night. I would rate it 2.5 out of 5 stars.

This is a great location for Carl's Jr. It's very close close to the Freeway. I stop by every time I work in the area or even when I pass it. When you have long drives like me, this is perfect. Its a very peaceful restaurant. Very peaceful. After a hard day's work yah it helps to have a relaxing environment. The food is nice. They are very good at making great recommendations especially when you are hungry and don't know what to eat. And them making it fresh is even better. Most fast food places don't even do that with asking. Here it's done whether you ask or not. The staff seem to be pretty cool here ?. Good, hot and fresh food is always good but great service is what you don't find most of the time. There's a young lady who works there who makes it look all so easy I believe her name is Maricela seems to be very experienced. A very skilled employee indeed. I hope they are paying her well as fast food is not easy but she seems to be a VERY hard worker. Please give her a raise. I feel the restaurant is as great as it is cause of how hard she seems to work. Thank you, ma'am ?.Parking: Lots of parking

Good help is hard to find. People bring personal lives to work. All I want is a burger it ain't that
