Panda Express - Long Beach

I tried to reach out to their company via email three times, but their customer service was unhelpful and simply responded with a generic form letter and offered a credit for a meal. I didn’t want their flimsy token of goodwill, especially when they didn’t address the real issue. After these three disappointing experiences, I can confidently say I will never order from this place again. It's evident that their management and staff training are severely lacking. This establishment is a big disappointment, and their corporate response was completely inadequate. Never again will I give them my business. They hardly deserve any stars for how poorly they operate.

I ordered lunch and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the orange chicken and Beijing beef tasted old and not fresh, and the chow mein had a strange soapy flavor, as if the pan they were cooked in hadn't been cleaned properly.

I wish I could give this restaurant a zero-star rating. I ordered food online for Uber delivery, and they sent me the wrong items. When I called to resolve the issue or request a refund, they denied my request. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful, and my order was a complete mess.

I like the Orange Chicken and the Walnut Shrimp. The Egg Rolls n roasted rice is good. This panda is next to the pavilions of Spring n Woodruff in Long Beach

I know this place for more than 10 years!! And honestly they're great ?!! The manager and Lanny are adorable ? ??! Good portions,affordable prices ? highly recommended ? ?. And don't forget keep your receipts for the next visit you can have a free item in your purchase ? ????
