Bidra med feedbackOrdered a simple tea venti extra lemon and honey took over ten minutes while a customer behind me hadn?t ordered yet but his order was already being made by barista that seem to know him ask his drink after I ordered he payed his drink was ready in the front also a tea I seen the worker making very unhappy with service I asked for a refund on my drink and cup I purchased and got slight attitude from another worker who seem to be bothered over me asking for a refund after my order was taken long never going here again never had this type of service at any Starbucks. at the time I over heard another customer upset over waiting also but for over 30 min while others received there drinks don?t go here.
I tried to pay with a $100 bill and the cashier said she did not have change. I went to the supermarket close by and cameback and paid with a $20 bill , the cashier double checked the bill, it made me feel like I was using fake money to pay !!!! . They should have a marker to check the bills !!! I felt very uncomfortable!!!!!!!!!!!!
Starbucks at this location had a cohesive team of baristas who work together very well. The waiting area was very clean. I was welcomed when I stepped inside.The service was courteous and prompt. My hot tea was pitch perfect hot and prepared in a timely manner: under 3 minutes. In addition, the pumpkin muffin was warm and tasty. I enjoyed seeing the nice camaraderie among the workers. I can tell they enjoy working here.
Another run for work and they got all the orders right besides mine. But no worries I came back up there and picked it up.
I'm all for the service in this place! Regardless if they don't have a sitting area, I gave them 5 stars because of their service and amazing personalities. Love them.
