Subway - Long Beach

I went to get the Autumn Carved Turkey again, just like I did the day before, but the staff informed me that it wasn’t available because it was 'in the freezer'?! On a positive note, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff members are polite and friendly.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and there was no waiting time at all. The service was fast, efficient, and very friendly. My sandwich was made exactly the way I requested. The staff member at the counter managed to assist two customers simultaneously without a hitch. The meats and produce were kept at the proper temperature and both looked and tasted fresh. The restroom was clean and free of graffiti. There is plenty of parking available, and it’s conveniently located near the store.

I have visited this restaurant several times, and each experience has been positive. While nothing has been extraordinary, I did notice that at the location on Atlantic, near Jordan High, they seemed to skimp a little on some of the ingredients. My favorite sub is the Spicy Italian, and I also enjoy their Broccoli Cheddar soup. The restaurant is clean, and it looks like they employ some high school students, which is a nice touch from the owner.

Food tasted good BUT... If you, as a franchise food company, are going to roll out a slew of new menu items, employees should be familiarized with those items. Sandwich Artist did not build mine anywhere near what the menu said. She was super nice tho.

Usually this store (willow/long beach blvd) has good customer service. Unfortunately on that day, the 1st part, the server was very rude. I was disappointed. It was so bad someone else had to relieve her and they took over the order. After that, the next server was very professional.
