Dunkin' - Long Island City

This location is small, with seating for about 14 customers, and I hope that one day they can expand to offer more space. It would be wonderful to have a larger area to sit, relax, and savor their delicious donuts alongside a cup of coffee. This Dunkin' serves the communities of Sunnyside, Woodside, Long Island City, and Astoria. Many visitors come here after shopping at nearby places like National Wholesale Liquidators, Modell's, Five Below, and other popular stores. I rated this store 4 out of 5 stars mainly because it could use some cleaning during busy hours. I believe better management could help with this. Let’s face it, dining in a clean environment enhances the overall experience. Occasionally, the floors need sweeping, and the tables could use a wipe down. I think a little training could go a long way in improving this aspect. Overall, I really like this Dunkin' Donuts and look forward to seeing some improvements in the future.

"I believe I've found my favorite spot for hot coffee and an Apple Crisp Donut or Bagel. The service is consistently excellent, and the coffee is brewed fresh to order. Plus, you can unwind with complimentary parking at National Liquidators for Plaza 48 customers. Just be careful not to let your car go over the street!"

Great! This has always been my favorite spot. While the kids play in the nearby play area, I get to enjoy my vanilla chai at Dunkin'. I heard that BJ's is set to open in a few months at a nearby location. I definitely recommend stopping by this place to try it out!

The food is decent, similar to what you would expect at McDonald's; the quality is consistent no matter where you are in the world. The restaurant is located in a retail park, but the staff seems disengaged and not particularly invested in their work.

I absolutely adore the staff at this location. The store is really clean and well-managed—definitely one of the best Dunkin' experiences I've had!
