Arby's - Longmont

I placed my order at the window, but it was still incorrect when I received it. I called to have it corrected, but I was put on hold. What a disappointment.

The food was overcooked and tough this time. My previous visit was perfect. It was the same time of evening with the same level of traffic, so I’m not sure what went wrong.

I spent $30 on a meal that was served cold. I hope management considers paying a living wage so they can hire experienced staff. The teenagers working today seemed overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do without any guidance from management. It’s unfortunate that they don’t invest in better employee compensation.

I tried the new south-footed fish and young I was surprised. it was really good. the crispy horny crust was really good and the tartaric acid sauce was pretty good. so many sauces are too sweet, but this tartaric acid was not. where arby fell down, the pommes were. I chose the fold friars as they are shown in the ad and I even asked that they be done well. (It wasn't busy. but they were not crispy. with ridden like a large almost food item they would think restaurants would find out how to cook good crispy pommes.

They wash the pans and condiment squeeze bottles in lukewarm water and never clean the grease and dust in the back. There's always food littered about the floor. Oil doesn't get changed until employees complain about the smoke. I wondered why the fries were always so nasty here. Well that's why. I also watched employees stick their bare hands into the fries and sandwiches. Getting sick from a milkshake was the final straw.
