Bidra med feedbackWelve of us went here on Saturday for my little boys birthday and I wish we never bothered. Staff are incredibly rude and my food in particular was terrible. The service is the main thing which put a dampener on the entire evening. They got quite a few starters incorrect and brought out too many, when we told them they’ve got it wrong there was nothing but attitude and standing there with a face on. When they brought drinks over they kept putting them at the closest end to them and not bothering to hand them out, to which my dad told them to hand them out properly. When they brought our food over, they put boiling hot plates and food right in front of my 1 and 2 year old, which my 1 year old was a split second away to putting his hand right in it, no common sense whatsoever! I ordered a chicken tikka masala which was 80% water, I didn’t even eat it it was that bad, I ended up just eating chips. When we’d had food, we got another round of drinks, to which they huffed and puffed at. Then they were continuously asking me to bring out the cake in which I refused as we wasn’t ready and wanted it to come out when we were ready. When they did eventually bring it out after they kept nagging, they put the cake with a sparkler on right in front of my little boy (again absolutely stupid! . I had to move it immediately and at this point I asked if they were taking the mick. Overall it was a total disappointment and I wish we’d never booked this place. I would avoid!!!
Good food great service Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chicken Madras
Broad range of dishes available from the modest to very spicy. As well as the usual Brit favourites there are some chef's special dishes worth trying. They also have a few English and noodle based dishes for anyone who doesn't want anything from their regular menu. Staff are always polite and attentive. Cobra beer on tap and a stock of aperitifs and spirits. The restaurant itself needs a bit of a facelift: while it's generally satisfactory it is a bit worn.
Lovely food. Great staff. Very enjoyable night. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
Six of us called in on Thursday 13th April we were seated in approximately 5 minutes the staff were very polite and friendly and at no point rushed us. We chose the meal deal menus which worked out quite well and I can honestly say everyone of us enjoyed our food I need to go back and get the name of my dish as it was one of the tastiest dishes I've ever had total cost including drinks was £153 I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hamadam for a nice relaxing meal
