When we arrived at the Metro grocery store in Longueuil, the staff informed us that the sushi chef had left 30 minutes earlier. After a long journey and an even longer wait, we ended up with no sushi at all. It was a huge waste of time.
I placed my sushi order at 2:48 PM, and after not receiving it by 4:30 PM, I called and was told the delivery person was on their way. I waited until 5 PM without any updates. When I inquired again, I was informed that there was a problem with my order and they couldn't confirm when I would receive it. I then requested a discount, but was told it wasn't possible because she had a quota to meet. She mentioned she could offer a discount on my next order but added that I probably wouldn't remember that offer later... So, I ended up canceling my order without receiving clear explanations or any effort on their part to satisfy their customers.
