City Diner - Longview

This place is fantastic! I absolutely love it! My top favorites so far include the ham and cheese omelette, patty melt, and Reuben sandwich. The fries, buttered toast, sweet tea, and coffee are also excellent. I'm sure my list of favorites will grow as I try more items!

I’ve dined here many times, and the food has always been fantastic. I’ve tried a variety of dishes, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a disappointing meal. Everything I’ve tasted has been absolutely delicious. My top picks are the Greek salad and the Greek pita. They occasionally mix up the to-go orders, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. The flavors are delightful and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Unfortunately, things are on the move: Musa and Diana have sold the business and are relocating to the big city to support their daughters in school. I've met the new owners, and I'm not entirely convinced that things will remain the same. The new owners are uncertain about whether they will keep the existing menu or make changes. We’ll just have to wait and see. Best of luck to Musa, Diana, and Mary! --- I’ve been dining at City Diner since it opened many years ago. While their menu isn’t particularly unique, the food is well-prepared, and above all, the waitstaff is fantastic. I highly recommend this diner to everyone I meet.

Best breakfast in Longview. If you order ham, you get a piece of ham, not two little strips. Hash browns cooked to crispy perfection. And they have fantastic lunch specials

This charming diner truly deserves its 'A' rating! The staff is wonderful, the food is tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. You definitely get a lot of value for your money!
