Hourglass Brewing Longwood

Austin served our beers last night, and was AMAZING. I asked questions regarding what beers to try and he never missed a beat. He gave great suggestions and went into the process of making one of the beers to explain how it would taste. Thank you Austin!!

Have been here a few times. Service always good, prices decent, atmosphere nice. Never tried food there but tacos available next door.

I had had then on my list to try but since I don't come to the area often, I have missed them all this time! The brewery is very spacious and nice. The have games, inside and outside seating and a couple of sizes for the beer they have. The staff is nice, attentive and happy to answer questions or make any recommendations. We went with 2 and sure were good! We got the I-4 Eyesore (lager with citrus), Hiram's Secret Sauce (strawberry/lemon) and the Life in Plastic (berry blend w/vanilla). We enjoyed all of them but the favorite was Hiram's. We need to come back and try their sour, which I forgot to ask details about it. The do have cider but it is not made in house (since it is done in a different process and license) but still offer alternatives. We will definitely come back and if you get hungry, there are 2 restaurants next door.

The drinks were great and the atmosphere was really nice, I would definitely come back here again.

I 've visited Hourglass many times over the years to stop in for a beer or two and have always been impressed by the drinks and service. A few weeks ago I noticed the parking lot was completely packed. Turns out it was trivia night! We had so much fun and I 've never experienced emoji trivia which is a blast. I 've been back for trivia, bingo and have started running with there run club! Definitely an amazing local place, that 's connected to Papa Bees, so where could you go wrong?!!!!
