Raley's - Loomis

I highly recommend this coffee shop if you need a break while driving through Loomis. The barista was very attentive and helpful, and the coffee was excellent! I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5.

I have been shopping at Loomis Raley's for about five years even though there is a location closer to my residence. This store is very well laid out, clean, and has a great organic produce selection. Very impressive is assistant team lead Chris. Chris is the kind of manager that makes customers feel important. I have seen Chris open a register if there is a line to check out and rush to assist any customer with a question or who needs help. I'm now spoiled and won't shop anywhere else.

Service was excellent, rating a 4 out of 5. However, the atmosphere only scored a 2 out of 5.

Things are only getting worse. Many items out of stock on every visit and often only one checker line open, as they want eveyone to self-check. The last two visits I found items still on the shelves after the enjoy by date on the packaging. I have shopped here for 3 decades and never seen it this bad.

Clara in the Peet's coffee shop is fantastic. She is not only quick and diligent she is very personable! I have a choice of several coffee shops in the area but choose this location for my daily coffee. I actually look forward to the interaction each day!
