Al Bea's Mexican Food - Los Angeles

Al Bea's is consistently outstanding. The food is excellent and truly unique. Throughout all the years I have dined here, the quality has remained high, and I have come to love and appreciate their consistency.

A Boyle heights landmark. Great food, amazing customer service. If you have digestive issues this is the spot for you. Not greasy, not too spicy. Unlike most Mexican food places Al and Beas has never given me heartburn.

Al Bea's is a family owned business in the heart of Boyle Heights, located across the street from the Hollenbeck PD. The food taste just like home made. My favorite is the Chile Relleno Burrito with beans. The best beans I have had yet. Another favorite is the Chicharron Burrito with their famous green chile and also served with beans. Those two burritos are so tasty that you will go back for more, once you've had their burritos. And who can eat a Burrito without the french fries, they are nice and crispy. I highly recommend this place!!

The food is fantastic. Although the service can be slow, it's definitely worth the wait.

The beans and cheese with green sauce and onions are the best I've ever had!
