Actually tasted pretty good. Aside most things being sold out.

Sub par food. Staff could care less. Feel over charged but the check is not legible. What are you going to?

CBS is now Mama Lu's and part of a chain of restaurants. The Har Gow was much too oily. The shrimp with leeks lacked flavor. It was insipid. The service was awful because it is under staffed. This used to be one of my favorite dim sum eateries Chinatown. Following a long absence, I hoped to reexperience some of their delicious offerings. It was disappointing. I will revisit in the future to see if they improve. Hopefully they will train or hire better chefs and more servers.

There is better dim sum in Chinatown. The main dish was very bland tasting. Good service though.

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. The food is excellent for the price, and it has a lively, bustling atmosphere typical of a dim sum house. However, I've noticed that the quality has declined significantly since 2020. It’s still good, but it doesn’t compare to how great it used to be.
