Earl Of Sandwich - Los Angeles

Had a thai chicken salad combo. Price was decent for DLTA and the food itself was both filling and delicious. Even with chips and iced tea the whole meal was about 500 cal. The place is small but there's plenty of outdoor seating. My only problem really was trying to find a trash can at the end of my meal. I also wish there was more detail in the nutritional values of the food than just the calorie count because this is almost exactly the kind of stuff I feel like I shouldbe eating and without that info for strict dieters it's a bit of a gamble. Good experience overall, will probably be back a couple times a month.

Had the Full Montagu without cheese. It had such a full flavour! Love the mustard they had in there. Best quick lunch ever.

I've only visited this restaurant once and tried the Hawaiian BBQ chicken sandwich. Overall, it was quite good. It was a bit heavy on the sauce and a little light on the chicken and pineapple, but still enjoyable. The bread had a lovely crispy crust while being warm and soft on the inside. I can understand how some might find the sandwiches to be somewhat generic and overly reliant on sauce, but I appreciated the change of pace, especially since the bread was much better than what you'd find at places like Subway. I'm definitely planning to return to try the Thai wrap or one of the other sandwiches.

I recently visited this restaurant chain for the first time and was truly impressed. The place was immaculate, and the staff were exceptionally professional, providing excellent customer service. I tried The Montagu and an Italian meat sandwich, both of which were incredibly delicious. They were so good that I had to remind myself to slow down and enjoy them. Earl offers a wide selection of sandwiches, and I look forward to sampling more on my next visit. The location is also quite nice, situated in a food court beneath the large business towers on Grand Avenue downtown. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves premium sandwiches.
