She is the most miserable rudest employee I’ve ever met, she has a huge chip on her shoulder.
I recently became an It's Boba Time addict. Lol My first time at this location, and the vibe was perfect. I used to go to the one in Little Tokyo since it's convenient to where I live, but for some reason, I started dealing with a worker who apparently hates his job. Never go there. They have bad reviews either way.
I love their taro milk tea, thai tea, and house milktea. The boba is really soft n chewy. They have great acai bowls too! Love them. Probably the most variety of any boba place .
I Love this place Good costumer service and the boba is delicious
