Jack In The Box - Los Angeles

I always go there for quick meal. I like the place since it is close to my home. Food quality is not bad. Last time, I went there around mid-night. There was a long queue but I could still wait. The food is always quick so I didn 't wait for long time. But the thing is, when I was waiting for the meal, homeless person knocked my car window and asked for money. He was even offered me a drug for getting some money and did not want to leave even I told him I don 't have cash more than 10 times. I felt so unsafe. As a women, it is not a good idea going there alone at late night.

I ordered and got my food about ten minutes later. They didn?t provide any utensils for the meals I ordered. I asked about 4 times for a fork, and they just kept frowning and staring at me. I had to wait until another customer asked on my behalf before I got what I needed. The cool employee wasn?t there today.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff; they assisted me with everything I needed. This Jack in the Box is one of my favorite locations in LA. The service is quick, and it's very family-friendly. If you're ever in KTOWN, be sure to visit this Jack in the Box!

Just went through the drive through tonight and paid for the 4 pcs chicken strip meal. Came home and it was only two chicken strips ???? I called Jack in the box and the woman I spoke with (Tiffany) said I was lying and refused to accommodate me for their mistake! That chicken strip meal was all I could pay for and me and my kids didn't get full tonight. (I bit one of the chicken strip)

To be honest, I only came here because McDonald's was closed, even though it claimed to be open 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. An older lady with dark hair took my order. She seemed a bit flustered since it was a busy night, but she was very patient with me and handled my order perfectly, even when I added another item. She moved the line along quickly and I received my order within just a couple of minutes. She even offered my dog some water. Thank you, KTOWN Jack's!
