The food was good, the pasta portion was really small though. Expensive for that portion. The little nats pizza was good.

Favorite store on Doordash. Cant go wrong with anything on menu. Appetizers are excellent, pizza is crispy and delicious, steak is fantastic and flavorful (though keep in mind, its sliced so it doesnt arrive very hot), pasta is excellent, desserts are shockingly good. Cant wait to go back!

I am obsessed with Jon and vinnys. Coming from the east coast, I’m a little picky about pastas and they get it right every time. Plus the portions are filling-rare in LA. Comfortable environment inside and out and the staff is always friendly

First off, I'm from NYC. The Italian restaurants by me have an inviting look to them. Planters, strings of lights, etc. Jon Vinny's had none of that, so going for an early dinner, the exterior of the restaurant was, how would you say it, intimidating. But omg, you walk through the front door, and the inside is beautiful! Simple tables and wood decor on the walls. Now for the good stuff. The food. It was delicious! The meatballs were incredible! A little dollop of ricotta cheese, perfectly cooked sauce, and some crispy garlic bread! That could have been an entree. I had the chicken parm. Again, just the right amount of sauce, perfectly melted cheese, and the edges of the chicken cutlet were slightly crisp. This was just an early dinner, so we didn't want to go crazy with ordering so much food. Besides, a doggie bag would not have worked because we were leaving to fly home the following morning. A note of thanks to Bonnie, who was so friendly. We chatted about the restaurant. The unique set-up they had. Props to her and the outstanding staff and Jon Vinny's. When in L.A. make a point to visit one of their locations. You will not be disappointed.
