Bidra med feedbackThen, the “Assistant Manager,” named Cecelia, got involved. After I repeatedly asked her not to add cheese to my order, she finally entered it. By this point, there were only three customers in the restaurant, yet she insisted on giving me a plastic number to carry with me. I mentioned that I've been a long-time customer and didn't want to carry a number around, especially since they should know my order with so few people there. I explained that I needed to go to a nearby shop and didn’t want to be burdened with a plastic number. After some time passed, I heard a number called and waited, unsure if it was mine. I then noticed Cecelia, the cook, and the young woman behind the register conversing in Spanish about me. I approached Cecelia to ask if my order was ready, and despite being the one to take the order and package the food, she acted as if she had no idea who I was or where my order was. Finally, after a minute of confusion, she presented my order and asked, "Is this yours?" When I went to take my food, Cecelia began scolding me for not having a number. I pointed out that there were only three customers in the place, but she was unyielding. Frustrated, I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. To my disbelief, she responded with, "Don’t come back!" This woman clearly has some issues that need addressing; her behavior was unprofessional and toxic. The staff seemed to form a little clique, conversing and joking among themselves in Spanish, which felt disrespectful to the customers. I'm shocked that they still have jobs here. I really wonder what the owner is thinking by employing such individuals. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
