Horrible customer service and unprofessional conversations. Rude and inexperienced baristas.

Good service last time I was here. Just FYI, their hours are different than what's on Google. In my experience the place shut down at 430, so go early.

False advertisement!! Advertising $2 off a $10 purchase advertising their new drink. No where on the picture does it say that new drinks do not apply. I ordered two new refresher drinks and one traditional drink. The cashier goes to ask management about the discount and they say it only applies to old drinks not new ones. Anyway not going to argue with employee is not her fault. But is BS

This staff intentionally makes people wait and they purposely do it with a smile, whoever manages this Starbucks needs to be let go...obviously they put no initiative to engage their staff to make the necessary changes in the staff performance!
