Tacos Super Gallito - Los Angeles

I find it outrageous that, after spending almost $100 and adding a tip for the driver and the restaurant, I received no condiments whatsoever. When I called to speak with the manager, a young man answered and told me that the general manager was not available. He refused to give me his name and dismissed my concerns, claiming it was none of my business. He even accused me of not placing an order at their location, suggesting that I was making things up, which was incredibly frustrating. It's disheartening to think that this restaurant was unwilling to accommodate me or try to resolve the issue. I didn't want to complain to Uber Eats since the driver did his job, but it's clear that the restaurant failed to deliver on their end. I have screenshots as proof of my order and communication. Sadly, I won't be returning.

Terrible experience! I ordered a triple tortilla, but they informed me afterward that they didn’t have the type of meat I wanted. The avocado salsa tasted old, and even after asking for two more servings, they were very stingy with it. I do not recommend this place. Food: 1/5

I often find myself thinking about this place between visits, eagerly anticipating my return. I always order the chicken quesadilla with sour cream and avocado, paired with rice and beans on the side. It’s a must-have every time!

I ordered four tacos, with one of those tacos in a handmade tortilla. The handle made tortilla taco had plenty of meat, however, the other three had very little meat. While the meat was tasty, the meat on the tacos was a ridiculously small amount. I was very disappointed with my tacos, especially since I was really looking forward to them when I got home. On the plus side, the employees were courteous and they offered grilled onions, which were really good.
