The Big Burrito - Los Angeles

Unfriendly service. The staff served the wrong dish, and when we tried to exchange it, we were charged $4 for their mistake. I hope you can find a better team that actually listens to customers' orders instead of just preparing whatever they want.

I stopped here on my way home and was struck by how dirty it was after I placed my order. The prices were very high, the food lacked flavor, and to top it all off, our meals were served in a garbage bag.
