I had the grill chicken sandwich. I didn't like it. But i hear good thing about chick fil a… keep up the excellence.

I could not even figure out how to get into the drive thru line and drove around the building three times before just getting in wherever I could. The girl who took my order kept getting the amounts confused and did not correctly put my order through. The lady at the window would not help me. Awful experience, go to literally any other chick fil a.

It saddens me to say that the quality of chick-fil-a has gone down tremendously. It even trickles to the employees that they now hire. I was proud of them for always being an upstanding fast food service. However, as of recently I’ve gone and been more and more disappointed with each visit. They have been serving things that look and taste terrible and even the other day when I went in to have my order corrected, no accountability was shown. Terrible terrible!

Place my order and only get half of it, when they make me wait they give me a cold spicy chicken deluxe, not eating there again
