I wish that I read some of the prior reviews before ordering here. Only ok for burgers. I placed an order by phone for what I thought was a chicken Philly and was given a chopped chicken on a burger bun. The disappointing aspect is that there was more bun than chopped chicken on the hamburger bun. I regret that I didn’t check the box and lift the bun before I left the restaurant. So even the waitress didn’t understand why she was there. Place was pretty empty and it took 45 minutes to get our food and the food was trash. We didn’t even finish it. People hyped this place up to be better than 5 guys. 100% love supporting small businesses but I should have went to 5 guys.

Was craving a really good burger, saw reviews so figured why not give them a go. I regret that decision. Firstly, our server approached our booth and never once properly greeted us, simply asked what we wanted to drink, and walked off. When our app arrived, it was for lack of better phrasing, tossed on the table with app plates. The dining room and bathroom appeared really clean. Our server did’nt have much personality and was downright rude. She threw our food at us and walked away. She got sweet as she was tallying up the check—go figure. I wanted a good burger but I got a bone dry hunk of meat that tasted like burnt catfish and . You could see all the char from the dirty grill and taste it. It’s the worst burger I have had to date. Terrible service. Terrible food.

We placed a to-go order on the website and were given a pick-up time. Arriving with a couple of minutes to spare, we still had to wait about 45 minutes before our order was ready. Several delivery app drivers came and went while we waited. The manager was not only unhelpful, but also both rude and condescending. No effort was made to make amends for our inconvenience.
