The worst customer service and most unprofessional staff I have experienced in my life. Actually heard the hostess say that there was no clean silver ware. The hostess walked away and left us standing at the podium for over 5 minutes. When she returned she openly reacted with frustration that we wanted to be seated to eat. 1 star is too generous. I recommend that no one bother going to this place.

Food quality was disgusting! My husband brought me for my birthday to celebrate and was so excited to be here. Room was lovely however never again on the restaurant.

Currently, the restaurant is having issues. It is no where near the quality, or service that it was in previous years. We would have walked out, if we didn't specifically come to Nottoway to be at the mansion. To eat dinner took 1.5 hours. That wasn't because we just sat around and looked at the scenery. Total disappointment and the fact that there was a shortage of food on Thanksgiving as well as non existent service charged at 22.2% on the taxed total is absolute highway robbery!Esp when the server was not available for coffee tea water and made no mention of the added gratuity that was tucked under the presented bill. This place is horrible. Opening time not accurate drinks were disgusting. So sad to see this place not being properly managed. Owners have a gold mine and letting it turn into a dumpster.
