8up Elevated Drinkery Kitchen

The location and setting were beautiful. Food was good, but a limited menu that you couldn’t customize. The service was terrible, management had the place grossly understaffed. Waited over 30 mins for someone to take our drink order, many people didn’t even have menus. Waited over 1 hour for waiter to get our check and cash it out. Overall we where there for over 2 hours, with limited to no actual service.

As far as food and service goes, don’t expect to be surprised. Drinks took a very long time, server food not ask for steak temps, server did not check in after food arrived, one entree came out wrong, server didn’t not offer boxes at the end of the meal. Not surprised there was only a handful of tables in on a Saturday night at a prime time. 2 stars for ambiance, the only impressive thing about the place.

A cool place to hangout and catch a drink on the rooftop! Bartenders weren’t the best as it wasn’t busy, service was slow, and couldn’t make certain drinks. We didn’t have any food but I will say it all looked and sounded good!

These servers made sure everyone got a drink and didn’t seem rushed at all

If you want to wait 40+ minutes for a drink and appetizers this is the place 1/5. Most insulting part of the ordeal was the manager walking around watching his servers struggle to wait tables.
