This review is based purely on the drive thru and eat the food home. the brotsticks are delicious. the captivating stone alfredo is okay and lacks salt.

The garlic sticks here are bomb.com! unlimited broth sticks huhn parm fattyuccine alfredo for 4.99 corresponds to a 5-star rating for value ratio!.

The chicken parmesan I got tasted more like a frozen microwaved meal than anything fresh. Even with a coupon, I paid too much for it. The unlimited breadsticks were the best part of it.

This Fazoli’s has been over the top wonderful every time I have been here. The customer service cannot be beat. The staff at this location are always so nice and so attentive. They make you feel welcome and they are on top of cleanliness inside the restaurant. The food is hot and accurate. The pepperoni pizza had cheese under the pepperoni pieces and on top of them too! That made for an excellent bite. The new garlic chicken ravioli was out of this world good. I really hope they keep it on the menu. The Chicken Parmesan was great per usual. The portion sizes were large, especially for the price. They had to go boxes in the cafe ready for customers who dined in to grab when they were ready if they needed it and I really liked how convenient that was. The condiment bar was stocked up, organized, and clean. I really cannot suggest this Fazoli’s location enough if you’re looking for a quick Italian meal on the cheap. They are amazing here and I hope upper management knows just how wonderful the staff is here!

Went here today with my kiddos. Friendly service and the staff went above and beyond to keep the restaurant running smoothly. Glad to see a fast food operation that is efficient and well-staffed during this era.
