Jet's Pizza - Louisville

I arrived at 8:25 PM to order takeout. The lights were on, the door was open, and the open sign was flashing. However, a staff member came to the counter and informed me that they were closed due to being short-staffed and had already shut everything down. It seemed like they simply didn’t want to serve customers. This is completely unacceptable.

The person who took my order mentioned that the special was $15 for a large pizza with three toppings. He then said I would receive a $2.50 discount, but the total ended up being $25! It took more than an hour to receive my pizza, even though they were less than a mile away. I won’t be ordering from here again! He couldn’t clarify why my order was $10 more than the special deal.

I didn't receive my order as requested, and when I asked for the missing items, they refused to bring them out. It felt like I just gave them my money without getting what I paid for.

The way Jets cuts their thin-crust pizza into slices is frustrating. The crust was too soft, and my single topping kept sliding off because of all the grease. I definitely won't be returning.

Smh got the wrong order!!! Wrong pizza and no drink,didn't realize I didn't get my drink until I looked at the pizza and it was wrong. NOT GOOD AT ALL!! #firtstime #Lasttime
