Who knew, a sushi food truck would be so good. Plus very convenient!
I tried the Derby Roll at Buy Local Louisville and was thoroughly impressed! The service was fast and kind, and the avocado was not browning at all. Plus, there were a ton of chopsticks, ginger, soy, and wasabi. I will definitely go back.
The first time I went, I was skeptical.... Been going back every Wednesday since. Hard to believe but some of the best sushi in Louisville is absolutely from the Louisville Sushi Truck!
