Mad Greens Louisville

I'm not out of co and wanted to try something new. I found this place and decided to try it. first the working man was not very pleasant and I had to repeat my order several times. I asked for my dear sauce and he gave me white sauce. I ordered the Southwestern bowl. I thought it was rough! the rice was rough and everything in it was only bath. no taste. I ordered hummus and pita brot on the side and was told it would be right outside. it was never given to me. I also ordered a dessert on the side and since there was a healthier food type of place I thought it was freshly baked, nope. it came in a plastic bag and you suspected it. I don't understand why this place has so many good reviews?

I’ve had good experiences with Mad Greens at other locations, but today was not good. I ordered a Buddha Bowl online because I wanted a vegetarian meal with protein from seeds nuts and grains. When I arrived about 5 minutes after the order was predicted to be done, there were no orders on the take out rack. I had to wait in line for other people to order, defeating the purpose of an online order. When I got to the front they said they were out of grains, which is half of their menu. Why didn’t they call to inform me of this? The restaurant was not busy. She asked if I wanted more spinach instead. Since spinach does not have protein, that is not a good substitute. I switched to the southwest wrap, settling for chicken and asking for dressing on the side. I waited longer for them to make the wrap. When I got home, they had forgotten to include my dressing. Also the wrap costs less so they should have offered to comp a side due them not having half of their menu. Hopefully management will better train the staff to provide accommodation in situations like this and also make sure to order to keep the menu in stock.

Any chance I get I order from Madd greens, up until now. Extremely disappointed. I ranted and raved to my son and husband about these salads and they couldn't even eat theirs. I requested medium on the dressing and they went super heavy making the whole salad soggy. That huge piece of onion?! Are you serious.. How do you not miss that when you're tossing it around. No. Just no.

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST JOBS IVE EVER HAD..!!! Some of the employee's have horrible attitudes to the point where I didnt want to go in. On my second day, a shift managers was taking orders and I had to pull the gm aside and ask her to pull her from the line because her customer service was Horrendous in my opinion. I gave it time and it got worse. The personal relationships over business is so blatant. It seems that they could use a few courses on workplace ethics with customers and staff. Hearing conversations on how rough life was when they visited their black side of family over lunch was unnecessary in my opinion and made me uncomfortable. ? Oh, i was called AGRESSIVE then the person who said it recanted their choice of words and called me tense, Felt like racial microagression.

My partner and I dropped in looking for a healthy gluten-free, vegan lunch. There are nice choices for those. I got the big option, there was no need, the servings are generous! I may go back for the Shrimp Bowl. I cheat with fish all the time. I wasn't sure of what to make of the fountain drink offerings. I was tired and not in the mood to read fine print. There were lots of choices. I recommend those place. The employees were busy but answered my silly questions nicely.
