Pizza Hut - Louisville

I ordered a dinner box. both pizzas were on the spot. it was as far as I was there. the chicken wings were great, and the beautiful lady who gave me my order made it so much better with her smile. it was very pleasant and welcoming.

My order is always correct. the personal is perhaps not professional, but they are rude or careless for me. I prefer this place over another, I sometimes have to choose because of the hours of this, but if this place remained open a little later I would always choose this. the lobby is always clean. I always let them tip because they always get my order right. I like her?

My wife kimberly and I are here in louisville ky for work and terrible experience with the pizza hut call center put into the wrong address. no pizza found hat supplies the city. one of the DoorDash workers stole our food and said he left it in the load back. but teresa the manager went beyond and beyond to correct the problem and find out what happened to our order. teresa the manager was great. she knows the true meaning of customer service. thanks teresa of kimberly and family. we enjoyed the pizza

I never got the delivery. no one answered the phone after the call 3 times I gave up, but will call again today. no money back and no pizza delivered.

Why don’t they ever put enough sauce on my food. It’s don’t matter if it’s wings or pizza they sale the sauce separately I guess!!
