Qdoba Mexican Eats - Louisville

The Coke machine was still out of order. There was no air conditioning during the lunch break, so I had to sit outside, but fortunately, it was only 85°F and humid, which could have been worse. The food was good and there was no wait, but I can guess why there was no wait if this is how the restaurant has been running. With all the other options nearby, I can see why.

I do not recommend this Qdoba to literally anyone. PORTION SIZE IS ALWAYS HORRIBLE. The older Hispanic man who is the GM i think is incredibly rude. As well as the older Hispanic woman. I went in the store and they were training a new employee and he messedup my order. She took a spoon and scooped up the ingredients and put it back in the bowl for the next customer. I have contactedQdoba customer care (who?s very nice) and have since then been compensated for my experience, but I would choose any otherlocation than this one.

This place was really clean, and the staff were very friendly. The portions of food were generous. I was very satisfied with my meal.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff is unfriendly, and the place is not clean. I decided to leave without placing an order, and I noticed others doing the same. They really need to reconsider the management—it's clear they are not fit for the role!

Service was good[they was fast] chips was extremely stale and bland, coke machine had like 5 options. They put barley any meat on your burrito. There food also seemed to make us sick me and my girlfriend had stomach aches about 30-40 minutes after eatingthere. DO NOT EAT THERE!
