Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Not a bad place to eat, burgers are delicious but they barely ever get my wife’s order right. She is a celiac patient and I express to them a gluten free bun they usually get that right but I always say Red Robin gourmet burger the last 2 out of 3 times they got the gluten free bun but the wrong burger. I say the burger 3 to 4 times they still got it wrong

This visit was wonderful, and despite asking for something odd (no bun with my burger), they easily met my request! They have vegetarian and low carb options, and their food is amazingly delicious! They're busy often, as a popular restaurant, but I highly recommend going anyway!

I realize noise is part of some restaurants but the music was deafening

Table was pretty wet and a little sticky from being wiped off so we wiped it off again, but it was fine after that. Food was food and was decent sized. It wasn't overly crowded. Our waiter, Sam, did a FANTASTIC job! Sam was attentive, quick, made solid suggestions for food, and had a very friendly and positive attitude. Definitely one of the best waiters I've encountered!

Initially, I didn't notice. It was until after I ordered my food that I started to notice the dirty tables from previous customers, the glass panes between the booths were matte from fingerprints, the space between the wall and the booth I was sitting in was full of food crumbs and fry bits. The patty in the cheeseburger I ordered wasn't intact. It was pieces of a patty between two buns. My stomach was upset afterwards. Coincidence?
