Smokey Bones Jeffersontown - Louisville

One of the best experiences we ever had with a Smokey bone! Christa was an amazing server! She was very polite and helpful for our party of 6! She knew the menu and was able to help us select meals! The food was amazing and came in a reasonable time! I was very pleased with the service we received because we are away from home!!

Had a great experience. Had 10 people for a birthday dinner at 3pm on Sun., sat In the bar area. Was quiet enough we could all talk and hear. Server and food was very good. No complaints from anyone, which says a lot for this crew. In fact I got calls from some of the ones attending, on Monday saying how much they enjoyed it.

The service was amazing. Terri and a new manager were going above and beyond to make sure everyone had a remarkable experience. We had the crowd pleaser to start, I had the Mac and cheese with smoked sausage and pulled pork and it was of the most wonderful creations I’ve ever had the pleasure of putting in my mouth. My husband had the smoked wings and tried a few of their sauces, mango habanero was by far the best. Great job!!! We will be back 10/10 recommend

My daughter I visited for the first time we got a few appetizers and shared it all. Our server was attentive and phenomenal super sweet. The manager Brittany came by and checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything came out hot fast! We were able to get In and out before our family movie night. Def will be back. 10/10 recommend! Service and hospitality were great!

Will you just look at this. You can't tell me this don't look good and it taste just as good as it looks. Didn't have to wait in line and it didn't take long to get my food. The server Caitlin was very friendly and made sure I had everything I need. If I am up this way again I will be back. Good job Smokey Bones
