Don’t let the strip mall fool you. Via Toscana is fantastic. The atmosphere is lovely and the food, scrumptious. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We just moved to Colorado/the area and ordered togo. It was our daughter’s birthday and she wanted a filet and this was the one place around our hotel that had great reviews but also had what we were looking for. This restaurant was very accommodating to our food allergies. I have celiac and a meat allergy. Meanwhile our daughter is severely allergic to garlic. We asked for the filet to be without the garlic butter and separate from the sides since they also contain garlic. We felt horrible for asking and didn’t want to be problematic, but they were able to accommodate us. We try to not eat out due to these allergies, but with starting new jobs and staying at a hotel until we can move into our place, we are glad to have come across this restaurant. The food was delicious, our daughter was happy and didn’t have an allergic reaction. My SO did mention that it did appear to be an upscale restaurant filled with people who dress very nicely (country club attire , so just a heads up to those that stop by! He felt severely under dressed and noted he should have left his work suit on. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options! The puttanesca is delicious, and does not contain any animal products (meat, seafood, milk, broth, eggs, anchovies, etc. aside from cheese. Dietary restrictions: There is a dedicated Gluten-Free menu! You should still state you want the dish gluten-free. I believe it is more so that the specific dishes on the menu can be made gluten-free
Every detail of the interior is very nice and brings a great ambiance. The food itself is so good! I got the PAPPARDELLE BOLOGNESE pork and beef tip braised in traditional ragu, hand cut fresh pasta, sauteed spinach, pecorino romano. The focaccia bread was also soooo good! Matthew was my server and he did an excellent job checking on me and making sure I was good. The vibes. I thoroughly enjoyed everything from the lighting of the restaurant to the wine. Really had a good time eating here by myself. Would love to try more menu items and I will be back! I’m sure the dessert is incredible as well but I was way too full for it. All the items on the dessert menu sounded really good though! This is some of the best Italian food I’ve had around the area and most likely the best in Louisville/Superior. I greatly look forward to my next visit to Via Toscana! Compliments to the Chef and all staff! Parking: Big parking lot plenty of spots around and available! Easy to get in and out of. Not over tight or crowded.
