The manager, Anthony, was so helpful!! Enjoyed the family dinner for 4! It was perfect!!

All servers are so helpful and accommodating. Food is very good. Chicken picata and shrimp scampi are the best. Grandchildren…which I have 12 love the pizzas. Great hearth baked flavor. To put it straight, this restaurant never recovered from the Covid downgrade. The food is fine, but the service and management are terrible. The hosts act like it's a tremendous inconvenience for customers to show up. The wait staff is uninterested. And the restaurant is struggling to handle 20% of the patrons it ought to be able to handle. Go elsewhere until the management here decides to step up, because this is embarrassing.

The quality of the food is consistently satisfactory and justifies the waiting time. The beverage options, however, are unremarkable. While the service during this particular visit was lacking, the bartender's assistance to the waitress was commendable, prompting us to redirect our gratuity to her.

My granddaughter and I had an early dinner at California Pizza Kitchen and I learned that they have a happy hour that is family focused. We had an excellent server named Justin. He made my granddaughter and myself feel very welcome. He paid attention to my granddaughter and her older which made her feel seen and an important part of the order process. His knowledge of the menu was also great and helped us have a wonderful meal. Thank You Justin from both of us. ????
