Why are your cookies getting smaller and smaller? I love your cookies but I'm not going to pay $2.39 for this size of a cookie. I wish I could put a picture with my review

I ordered a birthday cookie cake to be picked up on July 1st at 12pm. I ordered the cake a week in advance. When I showed up to pick up the cake, the worker told me she hadn't started on it. She said that she just arrived at the store at 12pm. Um... if your store opens at 11am, and you have an order due at 12pm, why are you arriving to work an hour late? Apparently the employees here only show up when they feel like it and there's no real schedule for when this store is open/operating. I'm so disappointed.

The staff was extremely helpful in correcting a mistake made by us! I appreciate the willingness and desire to make sure that evey customer leaves happy! It's rare to see such great customer service these days!! Kudos to the three working on Saturday June 1st during the early afternoon!! You saved our niece's big day!!
