Vatos Tacos Tequila At The Foundry

I use to come here once to twice a week but the food quality has gone down. I spent $50 on food and my favorite was the pork belly tacos. Now they’re thinly sliced, dry, and crunchy as they were thick and juicy before! I had the coconut shrimp taco (bad flavor) and the wasabi cream was all I could taste. Unfortunately I won’t be going back which is disappointing and I did let the manager know about the food quality.

This place is wonderful! I only count off for the gross unsalted chips! If the chips were salted after being fried while warm (the salt does not stick after the chip has cooled and adding salt after is a pointless waste of salt) this place would be above 5 stars but when enjoying a drink then biting into a gross unsalted chip it just ruins the experience!

Alright friends. Let’s keep it short.Flavor greatMargaritas also greatPortions tiny.You’ll get good food here and spend a lot for it. But the portions are painfully small. If you have kids just know you’ll pay a lot for small portions.

Vatos is great. High quality ingredients and great flavors. But I don't like or understand the plywood as part of thr decorating scheme.

There is no consistency with this place. The food has really gone downhill and every time I have gone recently, the tacos are different, sometimes they have pico, hot sauce, cilantro, other times they don't. The food is also way overly spicy its the only flavor you get. The nachos also never have fresh guac and vegetables it all looks like it's been sitting out. Truly, the only good thing here are the margaritas. Such a shame because we used to be regulars here. But its no longer worth the price.
