Bidra med feedbackI had some Hessburg meals in my life and I must say that the burgers in Loviisa Hesburger are some of the best I ever had! The ingredients were all fresh and very tasty. The staff was also very friendly.
Really good burgers! Better than Mc Donalds or Burger King!
Friendly Personal, good fast food and make it fresh
My experience at this restaurant was pretty terrible, to be honest. First, the food I ordered was just not up to par – it didn't taste good at all, and I was left pretty disappointed. But that's not the end of it; the service was just as bad. It felt like the staff didn't care much about customers, and it was as if they were ignoring me. When you go out to eat, you expect the food to be at least decent, and you hope for friendly and attentive service. Unfortunately, this place didn't meet those expectations on either front. I really hope they take these issues seriously and work on improving the quality of their food and the level of service they provide to customers. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant because of the combination of bad food and bad service. Now, about the incident involving racism and discrimination – it was truly disheartening. I ordered 9 nuggets and a chicken meal, but I only received 5 nuggets even though I paid for 9. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff not only failed to fix it but also resorted to making derogatory comments about immigrants in their language. It was deeply hurtful, especially as a foreigner myself. To make matters worse, it wasn't just a personal issue. Other customers witnessed this behavior, which was incredibly embarrassing and disrespectful. To top it off, I noticed someone, presumably an employee, was recording a video of me without my permission, which is a clear violation of privacy. When I asked if there was a manager who could address these issues, I was told there wasn't one, and I was advised to file a complaint through the Hesburger app. It's absolutely crucial that all customers, regardless of their background, are treated with respect, and their concerns are handled professionally. I sincerely hope that the management takes these matters seriously and takes steps to improve customer service, particularly in addressing instances of racism and discrimination. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.
It’s 10, including food. We arrived to eat as soon as the doors opened, so we got the food quickly, but immediately afterwards, a dozen syöpers came to heat the worker who was working alone. It was a pity for him. A ä employee apologised for the delay to the following customers, which was completely understandable when the staff was too few. The restaurant was open for less than an hour. A painful day is coming. At least he did not care about the working conditions of his employees. Now the leadership!
