My friend I were not at all familiar with Big Boiler Brewing and decided to try it Our server, Chris, was great at answering our questions and he was fun! We shared an order of House made Tots loaded with jalapenos, crisp bacon, and a special cheese sauce. M'mmmmm! Next, we shared a piece no, a Huge Slab of carrot cake. Moist. Just the right amount of frosting. Just the right amount of spice. A small drizzle of caramel. One of those masterpieces that one eats slowly and each bite gets better. Chris gave immense credit to Carrie (sp? who made the cake. We were celebrating my friend's 70th birthday, and Big Boiler Brewing ended up being the perfect place!
