Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Lowell

The restaurant offers excellent service and has a spacious grill. I highly recommend trying their catering services, it's amazing.

I had tried one of my favorite local BBQ restaurants, but it was Sunday and nearly impossible to find a place open. Luckily, Dickie's was open. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious and satisfied my craving for BBQ. I ordered the poultry plate, and both the chicken and turkey were flavorful and tender. The sweet BBQ sauce made the meal even better!

While not the top BBQ spot in town, and perhaps not the most budget-friendly option, the excellent service at this restaurant made for a fantastic experience. Our spontaneous Easter visit turned out to be quite delightful. The staff, including Cellulose Aydn, who we assume was a manager, were just as capable as the owners. They impressed us so much that my 10-year-old daughter insisted I leave a glowing review.

Delicious smoked meat and delicious sides. All from ribs to smoked sausage, turkey and beyond. The fried okra is dropped after the order so that it piping hot and absolutely scrumptious. Weapons are the same. They roast them fresh after the order so there is no chance to get lukewarm or soggy fries. They offer original, sweet or spicy barbecue sauce along with mayonnaise and mustard. You have a small relish bar as well as with pimples, onions and jalapenos. There's no tip because it's half-fast food. However, the quality rivals or surpasses everything you would find in an expensive, sitting grill restaurant. In my opinion, it's much better than rib nativity.

Great bbq. But understaffed for evening rush hour. Took 30 mins to pick up a to go order. Great smoked turkey!
